Our facilities is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 It's very easy! Just follow these simple steps:

1. Click on the 'Reserve a locker' option

2. Choose your dates and the locker that best suits your needs (M, L, or XL)

3. Make the payment by entering a valid credit card

4. You will receive a code in your email to access the facility and another to open the lockers as many times as you need during the reservation period.

Once you have completed your online reservation, you will receive a security code to access the facility and the reserved locker(s). Access to the facility is restricted to those with an active reservation and a personalized access code, which will be provided to them along with the code to open the reserved locker(s).

This is your best option if you want to arrive and, with your code, leave your luggage in the selected locker. However, you can make your reservation on-site, using a mobile phone or other portable device with an internet connection.

During your reservation period, you can access your locker as many times as you need.

You can cancel your reservation freely, with a refund, at least 24 hours before the start date.

Your reservation will be active from 7:00 AM on the day of the reservation for 24 hours, that is, until 7:00 AM the following day, unless you decide to extend it for as long as needed.

If you exceed the 24-hour limit (remember that rental starts at 7 AM on the chosen day) or take a few days longer to pick up your bags, you will have to pay the corresponding fee for the number of days you were late.
